Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Services becomes our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORT FORM NATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SHORT FORM NATION LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Short Form Nation LLC, its affiliates, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@shortformnation.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Short Form Nation LLC regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, or acts of civil or military authorities.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and sanctions programs maintained by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
